How BIG Real Estate collects, uses and protects the information you share on this website.
BIG Real Estate, LLC (“BIG,” “we,” “us”) is a real estate brokerage located at 2107 Crooks Rd, Ste 102, Troy, Michigan 48084. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. It doesn’t cover websites we link to. If you become a client, information you share during a transaction is also governed by the agreements you sign with us.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you enter:

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
Google services. When you start typing an address in our home value form, the characters you type are sent to Google to suggest matching addresses. The map on our home page and the typefaces on this site are also provided by Google. Google receives your IP address and the information needed to provide these features, and handles it under Google’s privacy policy.
We don’t ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or other sensitive information through this website. Please don’t send them through our forms.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share information only in these situations:

When you submit a form, you’re asking us to contact you about your request. We’ll reply by phone, text or email using the details you gave us.
The BIG Report. If you subscribe, we’ll email you market updates, usually once a month. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we’ll process your request within 10 business days.
Text messages. We’ll send marketing text messages only if you’ve separately agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
