These Terms of Use apply to this website, operated by BIG Real Estate, LLC, a Michigan real estate brokerage located at 2107 Crooks Rd, Ste 102, Troy, Michigan 48084 (“BIG,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Content on this site, including articles, market reports and neighborhood guides, is general information. It isn’t legal, tax, financial or appraisal advice. Talk with a qualified professional before making decisions based on it.
Using this site, contacting us or receiving a home value report doesn’t make BIG your real estate agent. An agency relationship begins only when you sign a written agreement with us. As Michigan law requires, we’ll explain our agency relationship in writing before you share confidential information with us.
If you’ve already signed an agreement with another brokerage, please let us know so we can respect it.
Home value reports. A home value report from BIG is a broker’s opinion of what a property might sell for, based on available market information. It isn’t an appraisal and shouldn’t be used in place of one, for example when applying for a loan.
Listings and prices. Property details, prices and availability come from sellers, public records, multiple listing services and other sources. They’re believed to be reliable but aren’t guaranteed, and they can change without notice. A listing on this site isn’t an offer to sell. Please verify anything important to you, such as square footage, school boundaries or taxes.
Market reports and articles reflect conditions when they were written and may become out of date.
We may mention or link to other companies, such as our mortgage partner, HomeLend USA. They’re separate businesses, responsible for their own products and services. You’re never required to use any lender or service provider we mention, and you’re free to shop around.
When you submit a form, you’re asking us to contact you about your request by phone, text or email. We’ll send marketing emails only if you subscribe, and marketing texts only with your separate consent. Our Privacy Policy explains how to opt out.

The BIG Real Estate name and logo, and the text, design and graphics on this site, belong to BIG or to others who have licensed them to us. Listing photos and descriptions may belong to sellers, photographers or listing brokers. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, change or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We link to other websites for your convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link doesn’t mean we endorse the site.
